They are 20 sq.m. bedrooms, one double and one with two single
beds, with their own entrance, private bathroom, refrigerator
and veranda.
On this floor there is also the gym (45 sq.m.) with bathroom
and a play room with one single bed.
In the FIRST FLOOR there is a united area of living room dining
room and kitchen, two bedrooms (one double and one with single
beds), one bathroom and one shower room.
